From pharma to fractional CMO

Before LeRiche Marketing existed, Eric spent 15 years in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, one of the most regulated, highest scrutiny industries in business. If a claim couldn't survive scrutiny, it didn't ship. That standard is what he brought with him when he founded LeRiche Marketing 19 years ago, working mostly as a fractional CMO ever since.

It's also part of why some growth engagements work on a performance basis. For select businesses Eric is confident will succeed, he invests his own time and team resources upfront in exchange for commission on the new business generated. It's not a blanket offer, and it only applies to growth engagements, not every service. Whether it's the right fit starts with a conversation.

Eric calls himself the locomotive. He's the one pulling, and he's not slowing down, including staying hands on with how fast AI itself is moving. But no one person can track everything alone, so a few people on the team, AI nerds by any reasonable definition, dig into the details full time and bring it back to him. Eric still calls the shots on what's worth building. They just make sure he's never working from stale information.
